This format and method allows companies like ours that are established who have some of the infrastructure but need that little bit of additional guidance and expertise to pull in the additional pieces to bundle it up and wrap it with a bow.
We have co-workers that come from more of a technical background that have the skills to perform tasks, just not the recipe to put it all together. Your templates and structured format makes it very easy to follow along.
Being from Canada, to have gone to an in-person workshop would have meant dealing with the exchange rate, travel distance, and all the associated costs of spending time away. The online format of being able to do it all from the confines of my own office and on my own time schedule was really a godsend. Thanks again for doing this.
