I debated about spending the money to bring Al in and finding the time to work with him. Fortunately, I spoke with one of his customers and then decided to invest in myself and the company.
Before Al came, everything seemed like an emergency and we were always in crisis mode. Now that we've gone through the Planning Power! program, we know what projects to work on at the right time. In just the short time since Al left, we've taken control of our warehouse, redesigned the flow of the office, and found a new way to do marketing without spending a lot of money out of pocket. We're also getting our computer systems in place and getting everyone trained and up to speed.
We can't wait for the next step, which is creating our manuals.
