Before Al’s Planning Power visit, life was getting painful because we were growing our company and not delegating any of the workload to other staff members who could do the job adequately.
One of our biggest problems was in getting people to do what we as a company wanted without having to answer every question that came up, or feeling like they were not really doing it our way.
This led to what we felt were many other small issues. But to our employees, these were major problems in how they perceived our appreciation for their hard work. We were so wrapped up in working in the company, we forgot to work on the company.
Al helped us learn how to get back to the basics we started this company with and to develop staff members who are now on the same page with our goals. Imagine the possibility of a company that has its employees working toward the same goals as the owners – that’s what we are starting to see and feel.
Without the weekly remote follow-up and support, this would just be another failed system; it really makes the difference in achieving our goals. We are very pleased and look forward to continuing to work with Al in the future.
